The Sacral Chakra

The Sacral Chakra is closely intertwined with our pleasure center, overall satisfaction and sexuality. A blocked Sacral Chakra can also signify difficulties in accepting new people or experiences into our lives. When this Chakra is blocked, it manifests as brain fog and low libido; we have the right to feel and want. When we aren't getting those things, our physical and emotional bodies suffer.
