Cancellation Policy for Online Yin Yoga Class: We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of attending our online Yin yoga classes. Therefore, we have implemented the following cancellation policy to accommodate unforeseen circumstances while ensuring fairness to all participants: Cancellation Window: If you are unable to attend a scheduled online Yin yoga class, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours before the class start time. Credit Offer: In the event of a cancellation made within the stipulated time frame, you will be offered a credit that can be applied towards the next available Yin yoga class. Redemption: To redeem your credit, simply inform us of your desired class date and time when you rebook. The credit will be automatically applied to your booking. No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled class without prior notification, you will not be eligible for a credit or refund. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
